Squads and seasons

Up to five people. One code.

Training alone is fine. Training with four people who can see whether you turned up is better. Squads are small on purpose.

The squad

What everyone sees

Create a squad and you get a six-character code; send it to up to four people and they join from the Squad tab. Everyone sees the same thing: who has trained this week against their target, streaks, and a feed of every finished session with its top lift and whether it beat last week. Tap a name for their profile: twelve weeks of sessions, bests, PRs, strength levels and rank. Nudge someone who has gone quiet.

Other activity, a run or a walk, shows on the feed as one line. It marks the day; it does not count as a session.

The squad feed: Sam, Nick and Kel, with kudos
Squad missions: squad output, unbreakable, battle ready
Squad missions

Things you do together

Alongside your three personal missions, the squad has its own: the squad logging eight sessions in a week, nobody going 48 hours without training, a combined streak, everyone training at least three times. They are about turning up, not about who lifts the most. They pay FP to the squad rather than XP to you, and move the squad up the leaderboard. Progress updates when any member finishes a session.

Every Monday the app writes a recap of the squad's week: sessions, tonnage, PRs, who stood out and why. One card, shareable.

Seasons

Thirteen weeks, eight ranks

Every session pays XP, and so do your weekly missions: turn up, beat your ghost, set a PR, hit a tonnage. XP climbs Recruit, Operator, Specialist, Sergeant, Vanguard, Veteran, Phantom, Legend inside a thirteen-week season that is the same for everyone. When the season ends the ladder resets and the race starts again.

Your strength levels, your PRs and your Medal Case never reset. The season is the race; the levels are the record.

Season 1: Veteran, 1,840 XP, 560 to Phantom
